We provide skilled nursing, advanced wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and medical social worker for homebound individuals for treatment and recovery after an accident, surgery, stroke, illness, injury or other disabling event.
We emphasize education and training among our team members. Each of our home health professional team members is dedicated to providing the best health care for every patient. We also collaborate with doctors, nurses and specialists throughout the Greater Los Angeles and surrounding areas to ensure continuity of patient care.
